How we work
We will consult you at regular stages of building your website to ensure we understand your needs and what you hope to achieve. Contact will be made by telephone and by email. After initial consultation we draw up a design for your approval, showing basic layout, and details such as colours. Once approved the rest of the site would be put together and uploaded to your host as the work progresses so you can check it out. We are based in Chelmsford, Essex.
Our Basic Site consists of 5 standard pages. This would give you:
•Home Page
•Product information or details
•Contact details, with a map if required
•Up to 5 photographs / images per page
•'Meta tags' for search engine retrieval
•Site uploaded to your internet domain
•Submission for free search engine listing
More pages can be easily added to this either initially or at a later date.
If you have an existing design image we can use this. We can also provide photographs, if required, and also research and write the text.

Maintenance
A good website needs to be refreshed and updated to ensure return visitors find up to date information. We are able to offer a regular maintenance and updating service.
This may take the form of updating a newsletter on the site, changing product details or prices or redesigning parts of the site at regular intervals.
We can offer this service for sites we have built or for other suitable sites constructed elsewhere. Contact us for details.

Prices
Costing / charges depends on the complexity of the project, the number of pages and the source of photographs, text and logo.
As an indication our Basic Site of 5 pages with information provided by the client would cost approximately £150.
If you require domain registration this costs from £15 for two years and hosting from £60 for a year.
A fixed price will be agreed before work is undertaken plus we will let you have a copy of our terms and conditions.
